Painting on grey cardboard using gouache, colored pencil, grease paint and felt.
The felted frame of this piece was done using layered brown felt, while cutting out pieces to be keyholes. The illustration depicts a chrome key/flower hybrid with shiny drops of quicksilver below it. The chrome was painted using different references and freestyling according to my experience painting metallics.
